A&U Dental is an independent, family-owned dental practice with seven locations across the North West of England.
A&U Dental approached Dan Holderness to produce two promotional films to highlight a new employee scheme called A&U Evolve and to inform prospective employees about the opportunities of working for the company.
In early 2022, we met with the team to understand the brand’s key messages: diversity and the family-oriented nature of the business. We developed these insights into a storyboard, which was used during the shoot days and to plan questions for the interviews. The content was filmed over two shoot days in Spring 2022. The first shoot day focused on video interviews with staff members and capturing B-roll footage of the inaugural A&U Evolve event. The second shoot day was dedicated to filming B-roll footage of the practice, using a storyboard approved by the A&U Evolve team beforehand.
We delivered the two videos within one month, and they significantly boosted brand awareness for A&U Dental, highlighting their commitment to employee growth and diversity.
