A & U Dental are an independent and family-owned dentist practises with currently 7 sites to date based in the North West of England.
A + U Dental approached Dan Holderness to produce two promotional films to highlight a new employee scheme called A&U Evolve and to inform prospective employees of the opportunities of working for their company.
We had a meeting with the team in early 2022 in which we understood that the brand wanted to highlight two key messages: diversity and family orientated nature of the business. We developed this into a storyboard which was used on the shoot days and to plan questions for the interviews. We filmed the content over two shoot days in Spring 2022. One day day was organised to shoot the video interviews with staff members and to film b roll shots of the inaugural A&U Evolve event. The second shoot day was organised to shoot shots of the practise with a storyboard signed off by the A & U Evolve team beforehand.
